MAKING INNOVATION TANGIBLE THROUGH ART, MATERIAL AND INNOVATION

Covestro is a leading producer of advanced and high-performance polymers, with innovations in polyurethanes, polycarbonates, coatings, adhesives, and specialty raw materials serving a wide range of applications. For its 30,000 sq. ft. Mumbai headquarters, we transformed the workplace into an immersive brand environment where the company's innovation, materials, and people come together through art and storytelling.

A BRAND EXPRESSED THROUGH WHAT IT CREATES

Drawing inspiration from Covestro’s advanced materials, we created distinctive artworks using products and objects made from polyurethanes, polycarbonates, coatings, and adhesives. These material-led experiences transformed the brand’s innovations into physical expressions that people could see, explore, and experience throughout the workplace.

MAKING PEOPLE PART OF THE EXPERIENCE

We invited 80+ employees to become part of the branding journey, transforming a large workplace wall into a shared canvas. With colours and art materials, employees were encouraged to express their creativity freely. Their individual expressions were later brought together and refined by professional artists into a single master artwork, creating a lasting sense of participation and belonging within the workplace.
