CREATING A WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE THAT CELEBRATES LIFE
As Zydus Healthcare brought together employees from Ahmedabad, German Remedies, and new teams into its Mumbai office, we helped create a workplace that fostered connection and a shared sense of belonging through storytelling, illustration, and playful visual interventions.
BRINGING EVERYDAY LIFE INTO THE SPACE
To bring people together, we created a large illustrated wall reflecting Zydus Healthcare’s impact on lives alongside the spirit of Mumbai. Over 300 employees and their family members participated in a collaborative colouring activity, transforming the artwork into a collective masterpiece in the cafeteria.
A WORKPLACE THAT CELEBRATES LIFE
The result is a workplace where brand and storytelling come together to create a more human, joyful experience.
A space designed to inspire happiness, celebrate life, and bring people together.
